Hotel Blue Waves

The washroom was very clean and well maintained, and the room was clean too. The staff were excellent in the way they treated us. A great experience at this hotel.

The staff were very good, and the rooms were very large. They just weren’t cleaned properly.

Please don’t book this hotel. The room size shown on the online booking app was much bigger than the room we actually got. The TV wasn’t working at first, and towels weren’t provided until we asked, even though they’re a basic need. The sheets and blanket cover were very dirty and had blood stains. I had a very bad stay and wouldn’t want anyone wasting their money here.

The lobby walls had lovely shell crafts and 3D paintings, and the rooms were spacious and good. Staff helped us well. The hotel is a budget option, so I can’t complain too much, but there were some hassles. The bell boy spoke only Bangla and no Hindi at all, which made it hard for us to understand him. The washroom had a bathtub and enough space, but toiletries meant only shampoo and soap, with no tea or coffee kit. The balcony area was tiny, though it had a mini fridge, which was a relief. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet, we had to order from the restaurant because there weren’t enough guests to make a buffet worthwhile. There was a bar right under the hotel, and the gate closed early at night, so we had to ask the watchman to open it. You could try it if you’re looking for a budget stay.
