Hotel Dayal International

The restaurant was the one good part, the food there was tasty. But the rooms didn’t match the photos, and the staff weren’t attentive. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Even after we’d checked out and handed in the room keys, security wouldn’t let us leave because we’d given him only Rs. 20/- as a tip. We had to shout and call the manager to sort it out. The service and behavior were extremely bad, and it felt like staff wouldn’t help without tips. Please don’t visit this hotel.

I paid for a deluxe room, but they put me in a normal one. The receptionists are doing fraud with people, in my view. Very bad service, don’t book here. I want to speak with the hotel owner.

The staff were really good to us, and the room itself was good too. But the pool isn’t maintained properly, there were cigarettes and other things floating in the water, and you have to pay each day to swim. Cleaning wasn’t handled unless we knocked and asked every time. The wifi didn’t work, and the kitchen food was horrible and overpriced.
