Hotel Crown Savoy, Near Railway Station & GURU NANAK DEV UNIVERSITY

Rahul, the owner, really helped us out when our hill station visit was cancelled at the last minute. We were meant to check out that day and the hotel was full, but he arranged another room upstairs that was still under construction and had it ready in under three hours. That saved us the hassle of finding another hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful, and service was great. It's also centrally located, close to the Golden Temple and nearby markets. Thanks for a lovely stay, highly recommended for a visit to Amritsar. Swadheen Singh.

The staff were hospitable, but getting any sleep was hard. The lift made loud announcements all night, and staff kept running up and down late at night without being careful not to disturb guests. The nights were noisy, and the soundproofing was pathetic.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and housekeeping kept it that way while respecting my space. What stood out most was how polite and helpful everyone was, from the front desk to the restaurant, concierge, and maintenance team. Check-in was smooth, and the desk staff also suggested nearby restaurants and attractions, which made exploring easier. I had a really pleasant stay at Crown Savoy, Amritsar, from arrival through checkout. I'd happily come back on my next visit and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable hotel with attentive service.

Really friendly staff and very clean rooms. I had an amazing stay, would definitely recommend it.
