At Hotel Sea Horse in New Digha, the staff were wonderful, especially Manager Totan Sahoo, who deserves a special thanks. The food was good quality and reasonably priced. Nice hotel with superb hospitality, a must-visit.

The beach is quite far, and for the same price I felt I could get a better room and better facilities elsewhere. The rooms are old, the bathrooms are dirty, and water leaked from the flush. Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and they only clean rooms if you ask. Outside food isn’t allowed. We ordered from their restaurant once, but the food was too spicy.

The room was just okay, but the bathroom was in bad shape with a broken flush, and the cups were dirty. The food was fine except for the non-veg dishes, and the rice was very thick and hard. There’s no fan regulator, and it cost ₹100 for a toto/auto ride from the hotel to New digha.
