Jairam Samraj Hotel

The hotel and room were good, and the price seemed reasonable for the stay. But skip the restaurant. It was dirty and unhygienic, they added a service charge, and you need to check the bill carefully.

The restaurant staff were good, but reception was rude. After we waited two hours, they gave us the driver's room. The vaporizers didn't work at all, and there were way too many mosquitoes.

The balcony was dirty, the linens and bathroom were filthy, and the rooms had cockroaches and other things. Housekeeping was terrible, even using the same bucket kept in the bathroom for guests to mop the floor. There was no service, the staff were rude and had a bad attitude. It felt like they were just after the money. Worst stay I've had. Don't come here just to save a little.

The location is close to the sea beach, and the food was good, though a little pricey. That was about all I liked. The room was tiny and very dirty, the bedsheet had lots of stains, and the bathroom wasn't clean either. Water sat in the basin for a long time. I had already paid the full amount through the Goibibo app, so I couldn't go back. Staying here was a terrible decision. Don't be taken in by the positive reviews.
