Live Hotel

For this budget, everything was perfect. Safety, staff behavior, and room all get 5*. Awesome.

We were seven women with luggage, but after being told they’d send a car to the station at 2 am, they sent one guy with one toto instead. We walked to the hotel and arrived at 3 am, only to be told there were no rooms for us. They made us wait in the restaurant, which was dirty, with cockroaches and fish bones lying around. When we argued, staff told us to keep our voices down because they were sleeping. We went straight to the sea for sunrise. When we got back, they gave seven people one single bed room, then a few hours later moved us to another room where water leaked from the ceiling and only one charging point worked. Staff were extremely rude and condescending. Strange men lurked around our rooms and waited outside them. Worst hotel experience. If I could, I’d give zero stars. It wasn’t safe for women, and I’d tell women especially never to book here.

The breakfast menu was too limited, and nobody cleaned the room during our two-day stay. They should work on the room cleaning. Still, it’s a good place for a family. The room and spacious bathroom were clean, and the room had a balcony. The hotel is quite new, not even a year old, so mostly everything is great. Staff were friendly, service was good, and the restaurant prepared good food.

The bathroom and bedsheet were dirty, and the room wasn’t very clean. Late at night they played DJ music at full volume. When I asked for two mattresses, the manager used slang language. The staff were all drunk. They charged me 1500 to change two mattresses, which were horrible, wet and torn. The hotel charges 2,079, yet I’d expect a hotel at that price to give a mattress, bed cover, and towel for free. The door lock key was so bad that it broke when I opened the lock, and they charged me for it. It’s a third-class hotel, service is very bad, and it’s not for families, women, or girls. Horrible experience, what a hotel 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
