SPOT ON 79050 Sea Bird Resort

The bill was shockingly high for what we got, and the food was mediocre in both taste and variety. Tea came in a cup with a noticeable amount of dishwashing soap, which was unhygienic and unacceptable, and they didn't even provide a biscuit with it. The rooms lacked basic comfort and cleanliness, the air conditioning barely worked, and several electronic amenities were outdated or dysfunctional. Service was inattentive and unprofessional, with little regard for guest comfort. Every part of the stay felt like a compromise. I strongly urge prospective travellers to look elsewhere in Tajpur, where your money, time, and trust won't be so sorely wasted. This hotel doesn't deserve even one star for its rooms and service.

Staff and food were very bad, and nothing else about this hotel was good either. They don't have their own proper GST paper, but take the GST amount from everyone using MakeMyTrip's GST number. Please don't stay here or waste your money.

The rooms were dirty, the bathroom had no lock, and the AC didn't work. The food was pathetic and the owner's behavior was awful. This is the worst resort I've ever stayed at. Don't stay here, and don't recommend it to anyone. I'd give it minus 5 stars.

We booked and paid for an AC room during the summer, but the AC wasn't working, so we were left with a wall fan. When we complained, they said they'd switched on the AC and weren't responsible if it failed, yet we still had to pay the full AC room rate. After a long discussion, the owner did agree to reduce the amount somewhat. From my experience, please don't book here if you want to relax after a hectic schedule or avoid spoiling your vacation. They don't have enough electricity to run the AC rooms.
