The room we got on the ground floor was shabby and damp, with a bad smell coming from the bathroom and such dim lights that my eyes hurt after a while. No other guests were staying on that floor. The hotel itself may be good, but that room was pathetic. It felt like they might be giving bad rooms to people who book online through Oyo. I tried asking Oyo to change the room, but their assistance was very poor, and I couldn't reach them or get it resolved. When we complained, the manager ignored us. I'll never book through Oyo again and would tell other guests to book directly.

The staff were excellent, and OYO service was good. The room was clean, fairly large, and had AC, though the bathroom leaked. Food service was a bit awkward: unless you order lunch during breakfast, you have to arrange it from outside. Fine for a short trip.

The room felt like a swimming pool, with water running from an open tap system. Nothing worked, not the TV, geysers, taps, or shower. The food felt like poison. Even a street dog couldn't eat that ''AALU POSHTO'' and chapaati. The whole hotel smelled like dead fish. I'm totally frustrated.

The staff were polite and very cooperative. The hotel was neat, clean, and well maintained. A wonderful place.
