It looked luxurious from outside, but inside was a letdown. The room was filthy, with little cockroaches, and nobody came to clean it even after I called several times. They also didn't bring the extra blanket I asked for. A really bad experience. 🙃

I’m writing about what happened when I arrived at the hotel on 10th May, around 1:50 PM. As I drove in and parked, the security guard asked routine questions about my visit but used offensive slang and spoke to me disrespectfully. I’ve never been treated that way before, and it was deeply disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously, provides him with proper behavior training, and makes sure he improves before returning to duty. Guest interactions need courtesy and professionalism, and incidents like this can harm the hotel’s reputation. At the same time, I’m not asking for him to be fired. He may have family and financial responsibilities, and my aim is to see his conduct improve, not cause him to lose his job. I have a photo of the guard that I can share as evidence if needed. I trust the management will take appropriate steps to prevent this from happening again.

The staff made us feel like family, and the location is perfect, right in front of jahaj bari. 🥰 Definitely go and enjoy your vacation.

The rooms are in terrible shape and clearly aren't maintained. Our washroom basin came loose and crashed to the floor on the first day. They moved us to another room, but it was extremely dirty too. The booking photos look like they were taken right after construction. For the rates they charge, I'd stay somewhere else.
