I was uncomfortable the whole stay. The room was cramped, and the cleaning and general hygiene were poor. One of the worst stays I’ve had. Housekeeping and maintenance really need attention.

The staff were really good, and the hotel is very close to the ropeway and the winch used to reach the temple. The toilets, though, seem quite old and need better upkeep.

Both Dandayudhapaniswamy temple and Idumbar temple are within walking distance, and it seems suitable for families. Our room and bathroom were clean, drinking water was available, and there was hot water for bathing. The receptionist was polite too.

We got three non-AC rooms through agoda. They were affordable and worked well for our family. The hotel is near the tourist bus stand and the rope car, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Hot water was available until 9 am.

The rooms and beds were spacious, and it’s a good hotel for families. Thanks to the Lodging team.
