Collection O 15977 Hotel Angel Regency

The room was just about livable, but the rest was a letdown. The AC didn't work, and the internet was so slow that using a phone hotspot seemed better. The bathroom was unacceptable: the washbasin leaked, leaving dirty water all over the floor when you washed your hands. If the bathroom had been clean and problem-free, I would have rated it four stars.

We found a rat had chewed through our clothes, and there were lots of cockroaches too. The bedding was filthy, with yellowed sheets full of holes and dirty yellow pillow covers. The room and bathroom had no proper hygiene, and there was dirt and stuff left by previous guests. We were moved to another room because the first one had a bad AC, a TV that didn't work properly, and no shower outlet.

The room was dirty, the bedsheet had stains, and the bathroom had neither soap nor a towel. We had a confirmed booking because the hotel was listed as couple friendly, but when we arrived they refused to honor it. Then they charged us twice the booking price. These people are frauds. Go at your own risk.

I checked out after just five minutes. There was one dim tube light for the whole room, the stained bedsheets and everything provided were poor quality, and the place felt more like a lodge than a hotel. It didn't meet OYO's standards for me. Staff were unprofessional and didn't even ask why I left so early. Bhopal has plenty of other places to stay. Disgusting experience.
