The balcony had a lovely view of the city, although the hotel is 5 km from Kodaikanal Lake, so you may need to accept the distance. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and the complimentary breakfast is worth having. We stayed for two days on a couples’ trip to Kodaikanal. RMK Nest was neat and clean, and the toilet looked spotless, like new. Housekeeping and room service were great, with very nice, humble staff. They also offered a free campfire, which was a great experience.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with beautiful views from the balcony. The peaceful setting had no disturbances, and the amenities were top-notch, with details thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I had an excellent stay and would recommend it for a getaway.

I’m now stuck trying to find another place to stay, with the trip so close. I booked a deluxe room through Booking.com on April 29th for May 1st to 3rd. That evening I called the hotel several times and sent a message through the site, but got no answer. On April 30th, I finally reached Akhil, who said they had no record of my booking. That’s stressful and very unprofessional when the trip is about to start. I’d strongly advise people against booking here. For tourists, research carefully and make sure the hotel responds and can be relied on. Poor communication and lack of accountability can ruin travel plans.

We’re from Thrissur, Kerala (kl48), and spent two days there. The complimentary breakfast was especially awesome. The view, staff, clean rooms, and service were all worth it, and we really appreciated the hospitality.
