We found a room in the 300 series in May, during Kodaikanal’s peak holiday season, even though we hadn’t booked online beforehand. It was clean and quite good, with a pleasant-view balcony. Being right on the main road made getting around and sightseeing easy, and the car parking was a real plus in a hill station. We paid ₹2,700 a night, which felt a little high for the season, but with the location and amenities it was still a decent deal.

The bed smelled bad, and the bathroom was disgusting and unclean. The blanket was disgusting too.

What a waste of money. The blanket smelled really bad, so sleeping wasn’t comfortable. The water came out yellow and was very bad. Hot water was only available in the morning, from 7-10, and there was no room service. If you need drinking water, you have to go get it from reception yourself. This was the first time in my life I’ve given a rating like this. Please don’t go to this hotel in Kodaikanal.

The room and service were very bad, so this doesn’t feel like an international hotel. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the water wasn’t hot. The staff behaved very badly. People visiting Kodaikanal should avoid staying here. I’m telling the truth, please listen.

Some rooms have balconies with a lovely view of Kodaikanal, and the property is near Kodaikanal lake, opposite the moonjikkal postoffice. The rooms are neat, and the bedsheets and blankets were good. Drinking hot water and heaters were available too. I’d suggest this place for families, friends, study tours, or office tours.
