Jayaraj Residency

I thought it was very cheap and worth the money. The rooms were clean, neat, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. It’s a convenient, calm location for families or solo travelers. A comfortable place to stay, and I’d recommend Jayaraj Residency and choose it again.

It’s budget-friendly and right in the city center, with easy access to all the spots. But there’s no parking, not even for a bike, and the rooms aren’t hygienic. The drinking water smelled of chlorine.

We couldn’t stay at the hotel and had to find somewhere else because we arrived by car and there was no proper parking arrangement. The staff told us to park somewhere else, but that place wasn’t properly arranged either. None of this had been mentioned when we booked in advance. Even after we explained the problem, we weren’t given a full or partial refund, which felt very unfair. It was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to people traveling by car. Management should explain the parking situation ahead of time and handle it more responsibly.

The rooms are average but budget-friendly, and there’s no lift to the rooms or power backup. The location is walkable from the bus stand and accessible to cabs, with good food centres nearby. It is next to a wineshop.
