Fabhotel Silver Stone

I spent four nights here. The location is handy, very close to the metro, and the price is decent. The room was a good size, and the tea was good too. Staff were prompt and professional, and the manager or owner was very soft-spoken, though the service staff weren’t the same. Cleanliness, room amenities, the furniture, and breakfast could all be better. Breakfast was average at best. It’s a decent option for a short stay, and I’d recommend it to budget or solo travelers.

I used to come here almost every week, so the lack of consideration was especially disappointing. I’d planned to stay two days, but left after the first. The location is convenient, with amenities nearby, yet the staff’s attitude was poor. There was a three-hour power cut in my room, while other rooms apparently had backup. I was working on my laptop and asked the manager to move me after an hour without lights or a fan. He refused and said I should have charged my laptop earlier. I had to stand at reception for nearly an hour to charge it, then go back to the dark, fanless room for the rest of the outage. After that experience, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Mosquitoes and insects filled the rooms, so relaxing was impossible. The manager was also shockingly rude and arrogant, which made things worse. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It was quiet, the location was very good, and cleanliness was given proper attention. Both staff and guests were polite. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you.
