The rooms weren't properly set up, and the service was awful. Broken doors, a faulty toilet flush, and an electrical current from the geyser reaching the bathroom pipes made the place feel unsafe. When I asked for a suggestion book, staff said they didn't have one. Problems just got passed around: the owner wouldn't answer, the supposed manager said he was only the catering guy, and missing towels were blamed on the dry cleaner. With an advance booking, the hotel should have everything ready on the booked day. Check the arrangements before paying ahead. Third-class service.

It used to be a hotel, and a lousy one at that. It's been renovated into a girls PG now.

The room was filthy, with tobacco marks on the wall, smelly sheets, and a stinking, poorly cleaned toilet. Even the water tasted salty, and neither the TV nor the AC worked. I booked and paid online through OYO, but the rude receptionist demanded more money when I arrived. I had to pay another 200 just to get a room. For what it was, it wasn't even worth 500. A total waste of money.

I would've rated it five stars if the receptionist hadn't asked me to pay extra. Why list the hotel online at the wrong price in the first place?
