The room and bathroom were in terrible shape. There was no proper bed or mattress, the walls were stained, and the bathroom constantly smelled as if something was rotting. Power also went out for long stretches, even in the middle of the night, and there was no backup. You won't even get a bar of soap. The receptionist, a very rude boy named Ajay, kept asking me to pay again after I'd already paid. He claimed I'd paid a different boy, so I had to explain that I'd paid the hotel staff. Staff also shout at guests. Don't stay here. I'd choose the railway station or somewhere else over this place.

The room was just passable, and it needs a lot more cleaning and attention to hygiene. OYO's claim that it was sanitized didn't ring true, since it wasn't even clean. The tap barely ran, the shower didn't work, and the WC was dirty. The pillow cover was in poor condition too.

I went to confirm my Sunday, 14th feb 2021 booking five days ahead, on 9th feb. The receptionist wouldn't confirm it then and said they'd do that on the 14th, not earlier. When that day came, they refused to let me check in, saying every room was full. They told me to stay at another OYO and said they were cancelling my booking. Disgusting staff and shameful booking management.

They charge you even for an empty glass, and somehow the complimentary breakfast costs extra. There's no room service or hygiene, and the staff have a lot of attitude. This feels like a PG, not a hotel. Why did MMT list it?

The manager told me never to book there again, so I won't. Thanks for the threats and the ghatiya service. You forgot to check my profile as a media person. The rooms were very dirty and the staff rude. Booking through OYO got me poor service, while a direct booking might get you an okay room, though apparently still without any services. This feels more like a PG with rooms rented by the hour to couples than a hotel.
