The hotel looked dirty, and I had a very poor experience. I booked through OYO, but when I arrived they refused to give me a room and said they don't honor OYO bookings. They demanded another 1000 Rs. OYO didn't refund my booking amount either. This feels like a fraud. Don't book through any site.

I paid extra for breakfast, but the hotel refused to provide it. Hot water and clean rooms, basic necessities, weren't available either. The amenities listed on the website and channel partner sites weren't there. It feels like a big scam involving OYO and partners like a agoda, and you can't even reach customer care when you need help.

The corridors and rooms were clean, and the staff were well mannered. The room they gave us matched the one shown on the website. Worth staying at. Good job, Mastic marvell! 👍
