Himani was attentive, polite, and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. Her support made the meal even better. The dining experience at Ginger Hotel was pleasant and well maintained, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely prepared. I'd recommend Ginger Hotel for good food and warm service.

The restaurant manager, Mr Tridip, went out of his way to help me find a cab to the airport, and he was very kind about it. My room was clean, breakfast at the buffet was great, and the service was good throughout. I stayed last year and came away with a very decent experience.

We spent one night there on Feb 3, and the room was chilly because there was no heating. It was dirty too: the sheets were soiled, the quilt cover was torn, there was no light by the shower, and the shower ceiling had water-leak marks. I skipped breakfast, so I can't comment on it. This felt more like a motel than a proper hotel, and management needs to address these problems or the chain may shut down. I wouldn't consider it clean enough for a family stay.

The hotel is a long way from the city, which was the one drawback for me. Still, after two weeks there, I felt I could relax because the staff had my back. Himani and her colleagues took care of every request, and the whole team deserves a raise. Himani really knows how to make guests feel looked after.

Himani from the restaurant made us feel welcome, always serving us politely with a smile. I enjoyed staying at Ginger Hotel Noida 133: the rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the whole visit was pleasant. I'd be happy to stay here again.
