The condition of the place was very poor, and the service was bad. They charged 4000, though it wasn’t worth even 1500. We spent more than half an hour checking that the room matched the photos on their website. Don’t get taken in by those pictures. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning barely worked, so it got uncomfortably hot. Staff were inattentive and unhelpful, and they asked for extra money when staff changes were involved. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I didn't feel this was a safe place for a girl to stay. The owner seemed unprofessional, didn't answer calls, and acted like a hotel broker. Staff may also ask you to leave before your stay is over.

The service was awful, and I wouldn't choose this hotel. The room AC doesn't cool properly. They charge 60 for a Coke bottle marked 40, and although GST is charged on food, they won't give you a GST bill. It feels like a low-quality hotel.

The staff were irritating and unhelpful, and the people here gave me a very bad impression. The room AC and TV weren't working, and they wouldn't move me to another room. A terrible hotel.
