I paid ₹5,500 a night for the top Premium category at Hyphen business Hotel, Sec 62, Noida, expecting a roomier, more comfortable space than Deluxe or Executive. Instead, the room was tiny, even smaller than I’d expect from Deluxe, with just a bed and small table and no room for a sofa or other seating. The category didn’t justify the premium price. When I asked reception for a different room, they refused, explaining that Premium referred to the interior design, not the room size. There was very little cooperation from staff and no proper hospitality. The bathroom also had no hot water. They said senior management would deal with it in the morning, but nothing came of that. This has been my worst hotel experience so far. It was poor value for money, unresponsive, and the room category felt misleading. I felt cheated as a customer.

I stayed from 07/05/2026 to 08/05/2026, and everything was in its place. The food was delicious, and the rooms were beautifully designed, neat, and clean. Staff were humble and polite, and housekeeping responded within a minute.

The food stood out during my stay at Hyphen Hotel Noida. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and well prepared, with a good variety of options. The meals were served with care, and the culinary team clearly takes pride in them. The rooms were neat and clean, with a high standard of hygiene and comfortable bedding. I slept well each night in the peaceful, relaxing environment. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive from check-in onward, greeting me warmly and responding promptly whenever I needed something. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to coming back.
