The Grand Suite 71

I stayed here as a PG mate for two months, and it was a very disappointing experience. The owners were pleasant, and there's a good park across the road, but the place itself was a complete hole. My single room cost 18,000 a month, with electricity bills of 5.5k to 6k. They said charges were only for AC and Geaser use, even though I take cold showers and only use the AC at night when I'm not at the office. The bond was three months. The washroom was in a terrible state: the flush didn't work, the shower was broken, and water clogged under the basin. Nothing got fixed during my two months there, and eventually I stopped following up. I also never saw a working washing machine. They serve vegetarian food, for anyone who needs to know. Service wasn't good unless you spoke straight to the owner. The manager, Deepak, was completely useless. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
