OYO 62820 Hotel Sanfot

The hotel at the destination wasn't there at all. I found a different place, Petals Inn, instead, and they said they weren't associated with OYO either. Before that, the number in the app led to another hotel, hotel casa meera, two kilometres away, whose staff also denied any OYO connection. I'd paid the full amount for a five-day OYO booking. A dreadful experience.

I paid the full amount through the OYO app for a room on 1 April 2021, but the manager refused to let me check in, claiming they didn't accept online payments. They're listed with OYO, yet he said they only take payment offline at the hotel's UPI ID. While I was speaking with him, a guest came down from upstairs to ask for a room change. That says something about the rooms. The reviews are accurate. Avoid this hotel if you don't want trouble.

The room itself was quite good, but service was terrible. I booked with all the facilities included and got none of them. They even wanted extra money for an AC room. Then they knocked on my door three times, two hours before checkout. Such a bad stay.

In room 303, the Wi-Fi worked, and outside food was allowed. The split AC was fine too, but of the five sockets, only one or two worked properly given the available power. There's no parking, so you have to use the service lane, and there was no balcony, kitchen, or DTH. The bed had a spring mattress, sheet, and pillows, but no duvet or AC quilt.
