I was on the 35th floor and the view was amazing.

The room I got for early check-in had dirty walls, tables, and chairs. The cupboard was full of balloons and birthday trash, and the room was generally dirty. The pillow covers looked unclean and unironed. AC didn't work, mosquitoes kept me awake, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the Wi-Fi in the room was poor. Very unhygienic, with pathetic service.

My whole experience at this hotel was bad. The washroom was dirty, they didn't provide a menu card or food service, and they wouldn't accept card payment. At check-in they charged extra in cash, and reception used my phone to get a star rating.

I had to check out in the middle of the night because of the smell, mosquitoes, cockroaches, and AC that didn't work. The room was dirty and full of bugs, and the bathroom was dirty and unhygienic. Worst hotel experience ever.

Getting around is convenient, with the main Dadri road just 200 m away and the metro station about 1.5 km away. The building is new, the rooms are nice, and the staff are very kind. Food was good too.
