GINGER Noida City Center

For a hotel in the low-cost category, this is one of the best. Arif deserves special thanks for keeping my room clean and making sure guests are comfortable. He's clearly dedicated to his work. Highly recommended!

The room felt too small for what I paid, and the food selection was only average. I spent around ₹7,000 per night for a standard room, nearly twice what I think it was worth, especially with the changing prices. There were also frequent power fluctuations: no lamp had UPS backup, and the generator took more than 10 minutes to start. The location was handy, about 200 meters from Noida Electronic City metro, so commuting was easy. It's decent for a short business trip if connectivity matters more than comfort or amenities, but the value isn't great.

The food, service, and ambience were all really good. Rakesh, Hemant, Amarpal Singh, and Niranjan Bera were very helpful. Niranjan from housekeeping kept my room clean every day.

I wouldn't stay here unless I couldn't get a booking elsewhere. In my experience, this is the most poorly maintained Ginger property I've stayed at across the country recently, and very little works properly. The map pin took us somewhere we couldn't get to the hotel from without calling them. The ACs in both rooms I was moved into had cooling problems. Technicians spent hours on what felt like pretend repairs, and changing rooms made no difference. The gym treadmill has no power backup, so it can stop abruptly during a run when the electricity goes out. That was dangerous and frightening. There was hardly any choice of weights either, just one of each, either 1 or 2 kg, or 15 kg, with nothing in between. I also don't believe the reviews here are genuine. That's my impression of the place.
