The location is atrocious, and even though the staff behave well, the service is very poor. Breakfast isn't brought to the rooms, you have to go up to the top floor for it. Still, if you're after a budget hotel, it can be a good choice. It's newly built, the rooms are in very good condition, and the food quality is excellent.

It's tucked into a gully in a terrible locality, and the place is awful. The toilets are in even worse shape. Room service might as well not exist, and management ignores requests even when you go to the desk yourself. They keep fighting among themselves. Avoid it at all costs.

The building is still under construction, and basic things don't work: doors won't close, keys fail, there's no bathroom latch, and the rooms have no bins. There was no water either. The washrooms, especially the toilets, were filthy. They use the bath and face towels to wipe the toilets and floors. Cleaning is very poor. It's a shabby hotel in a poor locality, with dingy roads and buildings. There's no sign to identify it, so you end up searching the dirty streets, and they don't even answer calls. Service was extremely poor, with delays, staff who didn't care, and constant false promises. A big no to this hotel. Never coming back to "SILVERSTAYS EXECUTIVE HOTEL". They have no idea how to treat a guest. If there were a zero star rating, I'd give it that.

I was fed up that night. The AC didn't work all night, and when I asked the authorities, they kept saying it would be fixed soon, but it wasn't. The lift was out of order too. A really horrible experience, please try not to stay there.
