They let us use the kitchen freely, and the rooms were hygienic and clean. The staff were very supportive. Thanks a lot for everything 🙏

There were live insects on the bed, and the place was very dirty and smelly. No drinking water, sanitization, towel, or toiletries.

The toilets are very small, the rooms aren't up to the mark, and there's no power backup.

There was only one staff member working, and the room didn't even have a water bottle or glass. I had to pay to get them...
