Traveling with my family turned into a traumatic experience. The property had no sign outside, and no one seemed to know it, so we spent 30 minutes trying to find it. The Luxury retreat I’d booked and received confirmation for, even on check-in day, wasn’t there. Another hotel called Warm Welcome was closed and wasn’t taking bookings. We had to find somewhere else and pay Rs 1500/-. That took another hour. After I escalated the problem, Fabhotels called about another property, Eden Roc. We got one room at 5 pm, but the second wasn’t ready until 11 pm. In the rooms, one flush didn’t work, the geyser in the other room didn’t work, and the TV was broken. The rooms were dirty, the lift was out of order, and the bathroom fittings were corroded. Please refund the Rs. 1500/- I spent booking alternate accommodation for 3-4 hours.

The hotel is easy to reach, with the metro station nearby, but the room itself was in very poor shape. The washroom fixtures, including the shower, were deteriorated, and mosquitoes were all over the place. The AC had been switched off at 9 AM and only came back on after I insisted, maybe that was their way of waking guests up. I paid for breakfast too, but it was just two parathas and tea, which wasn't worth it.

We had such a comfortable room, and the staff were wonderful, always friendly and ready to help. I only wish we could've stayed longer. Really loved the place.
