We came for my nephew's wedding because rooms were available and the basement could host the ceremonies and festivities. There’s room for this hotel to do well, since the area has lots of flats and little space for family events. It has a decent location, good-natured staff, tasty food, and decent rooms. But the staff aren’t well trained or very motivated. They’ll do things when asked, though guests shouldn’t have to ask for certain basics. The basement is decent, but has two staircases without doors and only 2 ACs. Cover those stairs and add another AC. The chef should serve tea and sugar separately, and use less oil. I wish them good luck.

The food from the in-house kitchen was delicious, with an awesome menu, though outside food isn’t allowed. Ground floor rooms also open onto a lovely garden. I looked at 4 nearby hotels in sector 122 before choosing this one, and found it best. The rooms have a refrigerator, Geyser, TV, cupboard with hangers, phone, dustbin, and other necessary amenities. The washrooms were neat and tidy. Check whether your favorite TV channels are available before checking in.

I booked for 3 guests through fabhotel, but the management said their policy allows no more than 2 people in a room. I had to run around for another hotel at night. The guy wouldn’t listen even after I asked several times, and Fab hotel customer care couldn’t help either. The management is too bad.

The only motor pumping water to the overhead tanks was out of order since morning, and they had no spare motor. That meant no water in the washroom. What’s the point of the other amenities if they can’t provide basic facilities? The service was pathetic, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

I’ve never had a more pathetic hotel stay. These guys act like it’s absolutely fine when you see rats running in your room. Please DO NOT waste your hard-earned money booking this place. It’s a shame in the hotel industry.
