We always leave with a pleasant stay behind us, and have been coming back for family vacations for over three years. Mr. Prakash, the manager, is warm and friendly. We usually book the room and food package. The breakfast and dinner are both tasty, and the food can be customized. There isn’t a huge selection, but what they do serve tastes good. Rooms and food are very affordable. A few things could be better: basic room items like shampoo and a shaving set should be provided, and the chafing dishes need fuel gel to keep the food warm. With so much open land, the resort could add more activities, such as ATV rides, an indoor amusement park, or horse riding. We’ll keep coming back.

The breakfast was decent on the first day. We had idli, dosa, ghee roast dosa, and coffee, all served fresh. The idli and dosa were soft and tasty, the roast was crisp, and the coffee was good. Nothing special, but fine for a simple meal. We went back the next morning and it was all upside down. Maybe the master wasn’t there. Hope we get good food again next visit.

The rooms were clean, well kept, and good. Just be careful when booking: Woodys and Woodland are on the same property, and our payment went to Woodland even though we had booked Woodys. The names can be confusing, so confirm which resort you’re calling.

The place is spacious and peaceful, and they have a kitchen that serves guests. If you book through a third-party app or website, check with the hotel first to confirm they’ll honor the check-in at the price you booked.

I booked a premium villa and got an old room that was poorly maintained instead. It was dirty, unhygienic, and had a terrible atmosphere. The experience was misleading and unacceptable. I would never recommend this property.
