I called to make a reservation, but the person at the front desk insisted I speak in Hindi or English. Since this is TamilNadu, the management should think about that. I cancelled the booking in the end. That's a loss for management, not for me. If they keep treating people this way, the property will shut down sooner or later.

The rooms were kept very clean and had a TV, AC, and cupboards. There's a lift, wheelchair access, and good parking. The receptionists were gentle and calm when speaking with us. There isn't a telephone in the room, though, and room service wasn't very good.

The washroom was extremely bad and smelled awful. The AC didn't work all day, and the owner behaved aggressively. Hygiene clearly wasn't a concern. This is the worst maintained hotel I've visited.

The reviewers helped me decide to stay away before I even set foot in the hotel, so thanks to them. The manager and staff seemed clueless about the hotel business and were rude, while taking advantage of online payment. The online platform is also at fault for exploiting the situation while claiming to provide a service.
