A good budget homestay for bachelors in Kodaikanal. The road there gets congested, so don't take a large vehicle like a tourist bus.

No words for the location and service. The place has a peaceful charm, and its warm, thoughtfully arranged interiors made me feel comfortable right away. It felt more like a home than just somewhere to stay, with an elegant, welcoming feel throughout.

We made a fantastic family trip with 26 people, including older relatives and small children, and everyone felt comfortable during our two days at the cottage. We booked six rooms in your royal suite. They were very clean, with nice views, and had hot water around the clock. The kitchen's food and service were amazing, and food was available inside the cottage. Support staff were excellent, and there was bus parking nearby. It's a decent place to stay with a large group. Special thanks to Mr.Noohu & Team.

Stayed here with office colleagues in September 2025. For a budget-friendly hotel in a calm, peaceful spot without hassles, this is worth the money.

When I planned a trip to Kodaikanal with my whole family, 30 people in all, I was looking for somewhere that could accommodate us. PEARS GARDEN turned out to be a great experience in every way. The caretakers were flexible and understanding, which helped make our KODAI family trip unforgettable. I've been to Kodaikanal many times, and PEARS GARDEN is my recommendation for a stay there.
