The prime location made the stay convenient, and the play area was a nice extra that kept kids and adults entertained. Our room was neat, clean, and well maintained, the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities, ambience, and infrastructure were excellent. Staff were so welcoming and hospitable that we felt comfortable throughout. It was a beautiful, memorable stay, highly recommended.

We didn't have a pleasant stay, though the reception looked good. I think people may book based on those pictures and positive ratings, but most of the rest of the hotel needs maintenance. The room was okay, but the bathrooms smelled bad. Breakfast choices were very limited, with only idly for us, and the cut fruit didn't seem fresh. Parking is at the back and isn't well managed. I hope they improve.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and our two days were stress-free. Breakfast was delicious, and it felt like a true 3-star hotel in the city center. One thing to plan for: a local market fills the street leading to the hotel on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Cars can't get through during those hours, so you'll need to walk to the hotel if you arrive then. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Highly recommended.

The room had a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and a tidy bathroom. It was clean and well maintained, with good light and ventilation that kept it feeling bright and airy. The AC worked, Wi-Fi was reliable, and the TV and simple, functional furniture were arranged neatly to make good use of the space. The facilities were satisfactory, though some corners need more careful cleaning and a few pieces of furniture could be upgraded.

The breakfast was really nice and felt like home food. My family and I had a pleasant stay at POPPYS, with excellent maintenance and service. The front office was great, and staff coordination was very good. Everyone was humble and polite, and I was very satisfied. Sincere thanks to Ms. Swetha and Ms. Keerthana for their wonderful service.
