There wasn't any hot water, even in the morning, despite being told it was available 24x7. The service was very poor, and the rent felt too high for what we got. The room smelled bad and looked ugly, and the bedsheets were dirty.

Such a bad experience. The room smelled awful, the washroom was not cleaned, and the bedsheets were dirty. There was no hot water in the morning. The rent was very high for what was offered, and the service was very poor.

We had booked four rooms for the family and stayed one day. The reception staff were rude on the phone, and when we asked about hot water, they told us to take it up with the online booking people. That was an irresponsible response. They advertise 24/7 hot water, but there was none in the evening; after a long argument, they said it was only available from 6 to 9 in the morning. Towels also took two hours to arrive, even after we reminded them two or three times. It isn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families or anyone. Stay away.

The bathroom was well maintained, and parking was good, but the super deluxe room wasn't good value. It smelled bad and the air felt poor. Opening the window didn't feel like an option because people outside could see straight in, so the room felt stuffy. The view from it was just the parking area, which wasn't pleasant.
