Our family stayed here in February 2026 after booking through MakeMyTrip, and the location was ideal. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi and hot water worked reliably, and the food was very good. Staff, rooms, and arrangements were excellent. One of the best hotels in Kodaikanal, and definitely worth a stay.

We chose a standard bedroom, and the services were good. Balaji was helpful and let us into the room 30 minutes early. Food costs extra; the menu is limited, though it tastes homely and doesn't upset your stomach. The room was smaller than it looked in the photo, but fine for a couple with one child. Hot water came at any time. The lighting was quite dim and could use improvement. Still, it's a good budget-friendly choice for a family stay.

The location and clean linen were the only real positives for me. The family suite looked very different from the photos on Make my Trip and other apps, and felt cramped, with barely enough space to open a large suitcase beside the bed. There were no bathroom hangers or clothes hooks, and just one sofa in a corner. The restaurant menu was limited and parking had room for four cars. No soap or dental kit was provided, and I had to ask for water. For the price, it wasn't worth it. 😔

For two people, the standard room was compact but neat and well maintained. The property is in a prime spot in the centre of kodaikanal, and I found it a good budget stay.

We could walk to some restaurants and tourist spots, which was convenient. Our deluxe room had a balcony with lovely mountain views, and the receptionists were humble and kind. We stayed for three days and had a great experience.
