I booked one room for one person for one day, and it turned into a nightmare. The resort looks nice in the photos, but the TV was broken and had no buttons to turn it on. The remote barely worked, so we had to struggle with it by hand. 😔 The manager said there would be hot water, but the machine wasn’t working, so I had to bathe in cold water. When we complained, he said he’d forgotten to switch it on. Also, if you’re coming with more than 15 people, keep in mind there are fewer than 15 rooms. Never visit this resort. It’s the worst resort for tourists.

The geyser didn’t work, so we had to bathe in cold water even though it was 14°C. There was a bad smell throughout the room from the toilet, and the walls and ceilings had moss and fungus on them, which smelled bad too. The room only looks good in photos. Bring a room freshener if you come, and don’t expect extra pillows. 😔😔

The room looks nice in pictures, but the service was really poor. There was no hot water, so we had to bathe cold. The room wasn’t cleaned well and smelled like the toilet. They didn’t provide extra pillows or blankets, so you should bring your own pillows too.

The rooms are good, but there’s a power problem that the hotel staff say happens every day, and no hot water. Even in very cold weather, guests have to use cold water. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Better to look for a good hotel.
