The bus stand is close by, and places like Coaker's Walk, Bryant Park, and Kodaikanal Lake are within walking distance. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom had no ventilation apart from opening the window. The geyser worked well and supplied hot water safely. For a quieter stay, ask for a room at the back.

For the price, this is a good option for students. We booked a 12-bed dormitory, and it was clean; drinking water was provided too. Rooms were clean and affordable, and we had a good experience.

We booked a room with our 2-year-old, but from the start I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The blanket smelled terrible, and the broken window lock left the room exposed, so someone from outside could easily get in while we were away. The worst part came after we vacated the room and left our belongings there. An emergency came up, and I asked to use the washroom for five minutes with my little child. They refused and sent us to an upstairs toilet in an isolated, unhygienic area. There was a bucket full of mosquitoes and worms in the bathroom, completely unsuitable with a toddler. The so-called hot water was practically useless too. I pleaded for just a few minutes, but staff kept saying every room was occupied. I checked Goibibo and saw rooms were available. Other hotels have helped me in similar situations, but Snooze Inn showed no concern, safety, or hospitality.

The rooms are very neat, and the service is good. It's very close to the bus stand, with hot water available 24 hours.
