The staff were kind and attentive and made us feel at home throughout our stay at The Hamuse. The rooms were peaceful, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a warm, elegant feel from the moment we arrived. Dinner was superb, full of flavor and carefully prepared, and the complementary breakfast was fresh, delicious, and served with great hospitality. A comfortable, luxurious stay with heartfelt service. Highly recommend it for a peaceful, memorable getaway.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of tasty choices, and the rooms were clean, well kept, and equipped with what we needed. The hotel is right in the main market area of Kodai Kenal, close to the bus stand and surrounded by restaurants and food joints. The views are pretty basic, and the recreation room wasn't running. One wall mounted fan for the whole room wasn't enough. Still, a very good option for a family stay.

I usually stay here with my elderly parents and younger sister, and we've had no complaints. It's a cosy place in the middle of town, just opposite the bus station, and the service is prompt and good. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel.

Getting around was easy since Hamuse Hotel is very close to the bus stand, which was handy for travel and sightseeing in Kodaikanal. We also really enjoyed the food and breakfast, which was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and from the moment we arrived the staff treated us with warmth and care. They were polite, helpful, and ready to support us however they could throughout our stay. We had a very satisfying experience and would highly recommend it.
