SilverKey Executive Stays 60501 Babul Nagar

The bathroom door handle broke off in my hand when I tried to leave, and nobody came to help even after I slapped the door loudly. I had to use an item I'd brought in to brush my teeth to get out. That was after a miserable first half hour: my room was filthy, and when I asked for it to be cleaned, nobody came. I complained at reception, then two guys finally showed up ten minutes later with nothing to clean with. I pointed out the dirty spots, and they accused me of making the mess myself. After I complained at reception for a fourth time, the same two guys were sent back to clean. They did a lousy job. That's what the whole stay was like. The staff were awful, rude, and seemed not to know what clean means. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I expected more from a hotel than a guest house, but I'd have been better off at a guest house where they can tell clean from dirty, even if the facilities are limited. Any other hotel might be better too, and at least its bathroom door handle might work.

They charged me 1000 even though I'd used an OYO coupon and shown that the total for my stay was 706. I told them I'd pay only that amount, but they still asked me for more. The place wasn't clean or hygienic, and I felt customers were being cheated. The two guys seemed to do whatever they wanted, showed no hospitality, spoke rudely, and wasted customers' time. OYO should take away their franchise.

The location is set back from the main road, so there's less dust and pollution. There's a sitting table just inside the entrance, and once you see your room and get the keys, it feels comfortable rather than homesick. SilverKey provide good service, and OYO offers clean, hygienic places to stay. You can book online or offline. How long you live there is up to you 😅.

I booked through OYO and had a horrible stay. The rooms were dirty, the washroom doors were completely broken, and the staff were crazy. At 11 pm, someone from the staff called me to pay my food bill. Don't go there. Just don't.
