OYO Flagship 45876 Hotel Benchmark Vijay Nagar

Hotel Benchmark in Vijay Nagar was a great stay for me. My room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the price felt very reasonable for the service and amenities. The staff were attentive and really friendly, so I felt welcome the whole time. I'd happily stay at Hotel Benchmark again and recommend it to anyone visiting Indore.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes, and the service was very bad. We checked in at night while travelling, but the rooms were unclean and the bathrooms were super dirty. I have attached photos of the condition. We asked to change rooms and waited an hour for another one. Since there was no water anywhere in the hotel, we then had to wait 2-3 hours for it to come back, and we were late getting on the road the next day. Please avoid this hotel, especially if you're with family.

The manager was extremely rude, and getting anything done meant asking again and again because nobody listened. Rooms smelled bad and weren't clean. The AC didn't work in many rooms, and where it did work, there was water leaking. As soon as you enter, they ask for the full payment before you can even put your luggage down. This place seems meant only for unmarried couples, and families should definitely stay away.

During my stay, the whole night there was abusi ng behind the door. People were drunk and smoking at 3.00 m in the morning. They were using alcohol and partying without any permissions. They have all settings in MP police, so they cannot take action actively. It was a very bad and unpleasant experience.
