We’re from Gujarat and new to indore. We came to explore the street food at sarafa bazar. Mr Harsh was very polite and supportive, the rooms were well maintained, and the location was good.

I had a good stay. The service was prompt, though deliveries took longer than they should have. The bathrooms could also be cleaner.

The cozy rooms and thoughtful gestures made the stay memorable. Everyone was attentive, and the hospitality was outstanding from the warm welcome onward. Service was impeccable. I’d highly recommend it for a truly special stay.

I ignored the earlier reviews and ended up having one of my worst hotel stays, even though I booked through treebo. The room was basically just a bed with dirty sheets. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, there were no toiletries or hot water, and I had to keep chasing reception for anything. The person there was pretty rude every time. Breakfast was served at 10 a.m. after multiple follow-ups. The only thing they handled quickly was an order from their food menu. I spoke to the owner and got moved to another room, but it had lights in only one section and dirty, worn-out sheets. The AC worked, but there was no remote.
