We booked online for 750rs, but when we arrived to check in, the hotel staff said online bookings were closed and we’d have to pay 1300rs on the spot for a new room booking. They said managing everything at the hotel with a 750rs online booking was difficult. They shouldn’t have approved the booking in the first place, then caused trouble at check-in. After charging their rates, they should provide proper facilities and make sure customers don’t face problems. The first room was on the 2nd floor, at the far end of the corridor. It was unbearably hot, the AC didn’t work, and the walls were hot too. The washroom had used baby diapers that smelled terrible. After several complaints, they moved us to another room, where the bathroom flush didn’t work and the AC still didn’t cool properly. A few hours later, red ants suddenly appeared on the bed, so we couldn’t rest. The food was decent, but it was a very unpleasant stay. I’d suggest choosing another hotel.

After a terrible and pathetic experience at mayank resort, hotel prem bandhan was a huge relief. I think mayank resort should be removed from oyo and a case registered against them with the police for illegally extorting money from customers. We booked hotel prem bandhan and arrived there, and the staff treated us excellently. Even the day after check-out, they went out of their way to provide us with the best food available. It made for a great family get together and a memorable trip to indore. Thanks, hotel prem bandhan. I’ll definitely book again when I travel to indore.

The place wasn’t maintained properly. The bathroom gyset was leaking, and the AC wouldn’t cool the room even when set to 16 degree. Worst experience.

I had a great time here with my family. It was a wonderful family get together, and the staff were friendly and supportive. They went the extra mile to help us. A great family hotel with wonderful staff.

For a day-use stay, it worked well and everything else was just right. The only thing that needs attention is a bathroom plumbing leak, which was wasting water.
