Treebo Omni Palace

The bathroom was extremely dirty, and breakfast was a letdown. They served expired bread and replaced it only after I brought it to their attention. The room itself was just average, and we had to call each time we needed even basic amenities. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

The morning breakfast was tasty, which was the one good thing. Inside, though, the hotel was a major letdown despite its exterior. Our room was dirty and dated, with a leaking AC, cracked ceiling, and completely broken bed. The glasses and mugs were filthy, and the bathroom was in awful shape, with some broken taps. One of my worst hotel stays. Avoid this place 😑😑

Parking was available, and although the complimentary breakfast choices were limited, the food itself was excellent. The room cleaning service was commendable too. Still, several amenities didn’t work, and the old building had an unpleasant smell. Hotel Omni Indore looks striking from outside, with a welcoming reception, but the rooms and overall infrastructure feel worn and outdated. It was hard to have a comfortable stay with facilities in that condition.

Breakfast was awesome, and the staff were really good. The rooms were just right for a stay, and the location made it easy to get around to Indore’s famous places. A great hotel for families. Thanks, Hotel Omni palace, for the hospitality!
