Treebo Trend A5

The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Some areas weren't as clean as I expected, so the cleaning needs work. Still, I had a good stay.

I really loved the service here. The staff were great, friendly, polite, and behaved so well. You guys have done a great job, man.

We arrived around 8 pm on 25 June 2025, but left by 1 am and moved to another hotel. We'd booked five rooms for 11 people from 25 June to 6 July, but this didn't feel like a family hotel. The rooms were shabby and the place was messed up, with people booking by the hour. After all that, they still wouldn't refund us, even though they knew and understood why we left. OYO as a brand was a big disappointment. Don't be misled by the photos and paid reviews. A disaster of a place, best avoided.

We didn't even last an hour there because the place was a dump. The owner's attitude was appalling, with no regard for guests' comfort or safety. Rooms are rented by the hour to unmarried couples, which I found disgusting, and the online reviews seem fake and misleading. I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone I care about. OYO has hit an all-time low. Shameful. Avoid this place at all costs.
