My neck was bitten by insects while I was there. The bedding was dirty and had bugs, and the washroom was filthy too. I repeatedly asked the property manager to arrange a change, but got empty promises and nothing was put right. The service was poor. Worst hotel I've seen.

I was completely satisfied with the service. Owner dube ji, reception manager shubham bhaiya, and the staff were all friendly and provided very good service. A very good property.

I booked because the price was low, and that was a mistake. There was no hygiene and I spent a sleepless night. This was the worst hotel stay I've had. Don't book it.

No words. They're the worst in the city, and the staff are even worse. Don't trust this hotel at all.

The room had a lovely garden view that made the hotel feel peaceful. It was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed that gave me a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the quality toiletries and complimentary refreshments. From arrival, the staff were warm and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. My stay at Silver Key Hotel was a real pleasure.
