Star Guest House

A safe, clean place to stay. Alcohol isn't allowed.

The location was convenient, with local attractions and restaurants easy to reach, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. Our family of four wanted comfort and space on a budget, and this place delivered on all counts. From arrival onward, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It made the trip enjoyable and stress-free. We'd happily come back on our next visit.

Parking is a big problem. Apart from that, I didn't have any negatives. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with a comfortable bed and hot and cold shower water. It was cleaned every day. The staff were kind and helpful, with no attitude, and handled requests as quickly as they could. If they couldn't meet a request, they'd suggest an alternative. The place is easy to find with Google Maps, and locals can help too. It's off the main road, so it feels safe.

The hotel staff were very supportive, and the location was good. The bus station is within walking distance, and most points of interest are nearby. Our main problem was the room: it felt congested, and the sheets and blankets were very unclean and unhygienic. We booked a triple-sharing room but got three beds in a twin-sharing one, leaving little space. It was a bit expensive for the room quality, though maybe that was because we booked on 29 Dec.
