The rooms weren’t as clean as I expected, which was disappointing. The location is really convenient, though, and the service was attentive and helpful while I was there.

The hotel’s overall service left a lot to be desired. At reception, the staff were rude and didn’t show basic professionalism, and I felt they weren’t taking customer concerns seriously. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless things improve.

The air conditioning barely cooled the room. I left it on 18 all night, but it still wasn’t cool by morning, and it seemed badly maintained. The TV remote was broken too. There were large mosquitoes throughout the room, and they kept biting us, so the rooms felt horrible overall. We’d booked the super premium jacuzzi room, but there was no water in the jacuzzi to start with. We waited nearly two hours for the tub to fill, and it hadn’t even reached a quarter full. When we called for service, nothing got done. For that premium price, the service was no good. Check the cleanliness and service before booking.

The bathroom was missing basic fittings, with nowhere to hang clothes or towels, which was a hassle. The room also felt poorly maintained: there was only one chair, and we had to ask for another even though it was a double occupancy room. The Jacuzzi wouldn’t switch off, so it kept disturbing our sleep all night. What I’d hoped would be a relaxing luxury stay turned into a nightmare. For what we paid, it was far from satisfactory and definitely not value for money.
