I enjoyed my stay. The location is just right between the sea and the town market, and the room was spacious and neat. The pool was nice too.

We booked the whole villa for seven girls, but the power kept cutting out several times a day and parking was a major problem, with no space available. The helper boys were very helpful, though the receptionist was extremely rude. The place was below average for what we paid, and the photos can give the wrong impression. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back.

The staff were really nice, and the property itself was clean and well kept. Since the villa’s pool felt small for 8-10 people, they let our group of eight use the shared pool too, which was a real plus. There were some downsides: no Wi-Fi, and when the electricity went out there was no backup for the AC. We’d booked for seven, then were asked to pay extra for the eighth person. I’m not sure why, since we all stayed in the same villa.

It’s a small hotel with six rooms, a private pool, and a garden that gives it a nice feel. The staff were helpful, and Candolim beach is clean and only about a five-minute walk away. The market and some good restaurants are close by too.
