Staff behaved well, the ambience was good, and getting to the bus stand and railway station was easy. Most things were good, but some receptionists need to improve their customer handling. The food wasn't that good, and the price was too high. Ordering the same food from this hotel through Zomato costs less. Snacks kept in the rooms are charged at twice the printed price, for example, a Rs. 10 packet costs Rs. 20. That's strictly against the rules. Thank you.

The staff spoke to us rudely, with no courtesy, and demanded extra money for our pet even though the booking app said pets were allowed. We had entered both the number of guests and dogs when we booked online. Don't choose this place for a staycation with your pet. To the owner: don't lie to get better reviews and ratings. That doesn't reflect well on your city. Next time we visit Bhilai, we'll have to be more careful about people like you who say anything just to boost ratings. Shame on you.

The rooms are cleaned to a high standard, and the staff are friendly and easy to reach. The food is the best, and the accommodation is among the best too. It's suitable for couples as well as families.

The front office team were very cooperative, and the food staff were cool and pleasant. A very good hotel to stay at and eat.

One of the best hotels in Bhilai, and best in business. I checked in because I had an exam there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were polite and well mannered. Highly recommended.
