My stay at Avalon Hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I was there with my female friend, and we decorated the room ourselves, but the staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Even a basic request for plates for food was denied. The furniture was broken and poorly maintained. Bad service and the worst staff attitude. Not recommended.

The food was awful in both taste and quality, and the cutlery smelled. The building is dilapidated, with only basic things maintained. A welcome kit is available only if you ask, the mattress is as thin as a bedsheet, and the TV has no channel subscriptions and a remote that doesn’t work. If you can put up with all that, stay here.

Worst hotel ever. I’ve never stayed in anything like this. It feels like they’ve just opened it and are somehow keeping it going. Nothing was good, neither the rooms nor the service. Don’t go.

I’ve been trying to call the number listed on the website and through Goibibo since morning, but it’s switched off. And this is the kind of room they have.

The service is really poor. I’m still at the hotel and have been asking for a glass of water since morning. They still haven’t brought it. It’s pathetic.
